Shipping:

Live Aloha® ships USPS Priority Mail unless other method is requested. Shipping times are approximately (1-2 days) interisland and (3-5days) to the mainland.

Same-Day Shipping 95% of orders placed Monday through Friday on non-holidays by 12 noon EST ship the same day. During holiday high season (between Thanksgiving and Christmas), please allow 48 hours for your order to process.

At the final check out, shipping cost will be finalized based on the dollar amount of purchase.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

Need to return your purchase? It's easy!!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us along with your original receipt and we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase price. Returned items must be in saleable condition and must be received within 30 days of purchase.

If using USPS please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery back to Hawaii then 1-2 weeks for delivery back to you via USPS.

For damaged or defective merchandise, the total dollar amount of the order will be credited if a credit is desired.

For exchanges or credits on merchandise that is not defective or damaged, we do not credit the original shipping charges.

Please note, items returned for credit after 30 days will be issued a Live Aloha gift certificate.

Back Orders on Exchanges: If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available, and we will ask if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back-ordered item. If an item is no longer available, we may issue a gift certificate of similar value for use on Livealoha.com at a future date.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
